largest producers of aluminum sand and permanent mold castings in the United
States, with over 180,000 square feet of manufacturing area, 250 employees, and

We have a fully equipped in-house pattern shop
with CNC capability to produce your wood, plastic or metal patterns. Our
modern, automatic core making equipment in shell, airset and Isocure process
provide a variety of core design options to meet your most challenging
requirements. Our Hunter automatic molding machines, large Cope & Drag
floor and Hall tilt-pour permanent mold equipment provide the necessary molding
capacity to cast all of your aluminum needs. To finish your orders we have
multiple automatic and hand grinding finishing tools, complete in-house Heat
Treat capability, and a continuous feed, variable speed, Shot Blast machine.
Our in-process quality checks, RID degassing
systems, metallurgical analysis capability, and strict adherence to part specific
process controls further enhance the production of premium quality aluminum
castings.
